We have many Davenport Multi Spindle Screw Machines running and producing machined components for a variety of end uses.
We are currently looking for:
1. Davenport Machine Setter - Experienced Davenport Set-Up person to be able to read part prints and do lay-outs and cycle times for each new part, and to be able to set-up new styles on the machines and run the product in a multi-shift manufacturing operation. Must have extensive Davenport experience and know how to to tear down and re-build the machines with ease. We also have a boring machine in house. Knowledge of the use of this machine to re-bore Davenport heads is a plus!
2. Davenport Machine Operators - Experienced machine operators with the ability to run different products on the screw machine in a multi-shift manufacturing operation. Must be able to run the machines and load materials into the machine, and check the part quality and dimensions while maintaining the areas around the machines.
